Dehydrated Mushrooms

Makes 1 cup

1/2 cup dehydrated mushrooms, shiitake and porcini
Water to cover

Place the mushrooms in large container and cover completely with boiling hot water.  Soak for 30 minutes. Lift mushrooms from water and chop mushrooms into 1/4-inch pieces. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
