Experience Life Magazine is published monthly except for January/February and July/August by Life Time Fitness, a healthy lifestyle brand consisting of health and fitness centers, healthy living products, and educational services.

The information contained in the magazine is intended to provide broad understanding and knowledge of healthcare topics. This information should not be considered complete and should not be used in place of a visit, call, consultation or advice from your physician or other healthcare provider. Registration is not required for using this site. Should you choose to register for a blog or forum, for instance, certain contact information must be provided (for instance, your email address); we will not sell this information.

ExperienceLifemag.com is not intended for use by minors, especially children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data nor solicit in any manners to persons under 13 years of age.
